What is the current turnaround time on my building?

Around 6 to 8 weeks, but it can vary throughout the year. Sometimes it can be as low as 4 weeks. Call 276-613-0753 for current lead times.

Who can you provide service to? What is the max travel distance?

Accepted Answer

Approximately 250 mile radius. Our service area from our shop here in Rural Retreat Va is: VA, WV, and parts of NC, TN, and KY.  We are also able to SELL buildings anywhere in Premier's National Network of Shops.

What is the warranty on my building?

Our buildings have a 5 year Craftsmanship warranty. Metal siding and roofing have a 30 year warranty. LP Smart Panel wood siding features a 50 year warranty. LP ProStruct Flooring has a 10 year pro rated warranty.

What size buildings do you sell?

We build from 6'x10' to 16'x54'.  Our 6', 8' and 10' building width is measured outside, wall to wall.  Be aware that on our 12' 14' and 16' wide building widths are measured roof edge to roof edge.  (This is due to hauling width regulations in some areas)

What is the Runner Placement for my Building and how many Piers will I need?

Accepted Answer

The runner placement for your building is in the document below.  Our haulers generally place piers about every 8' along each runner.  So a 40' Building requires 6 piers on each runner for a total of 24 piers.
